Refund & Returns Policy

At Fresh Coast Gear, we want you to love your purchase. If something doesn’t fit, arrives damaged, or isn’t what you expected, we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags are still attached (if applicable)
- No stains, odors, or signs of wear
- Item is not a final‑sale or clearance item
2. Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final‑sale or clearance items
- Custom or personalized items
- Worn or washed apparel
3. Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer easy exchanges. Exchanges are processed as a return + replacement order and must be completed within 7 days.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no cost or issue a refund.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically take:
- 3–5 business days for processing
- Up to 10 business days for your bank to post the refund
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not reimburse shipping fees from the original order.

8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be processing.
